If you are an entrepreneur with a strong sales background, a solid business history and the motivation to change the way that people sell and provide service to others, then you may qualify to become a BEI National Training Director (NTD) or a BEI Regional Training Centre (RTC) Franchisee. Those who qualify and are able to complete the demanding training and start-up agenda will be rewarded with a challenging, profitable and satisfying business opportunity.
The Next Steps
If you believe that you have the desire and commitment to succeed in this dynamic and growing business-to-business support environment, now could be the time to explore a BEITRAINING® Franchise.
Please answer the following questions thoughtfully and honestly. After doing so, send this page along with your personal contact information to BEI at career@bei-group.com.
- Owning a business means meeting payroll obligations and balancing the needs of customers, creditors and employees. Have you done this before?
- How long have you been thinking about starting your own business?
- Can you sell? Do you like to sell intangibles?
- Are you prepared to take full responsibility for your own success?
- What are your personal goals for your future success?
- Are you willing to devote your full time to the effort of building and managing your business?
- Are you primarily a cooperative team player, a team leader or an independent operator?
- Do you enjoy working with and helping others to succeed?
- Do you realise that building a business means long-term success, not short-term rewards?
- Do you think you have the financial resources to build a business? What are these resources?
- Can you pay your bills until the business can pay you? For how long?
- Are you ready at this time to make a decision that can change your life? Why?
After we have reviewed your documents, we will contact you directly by telephone to report to you our preliminary evaluation. If we think it appropriate, we will invite you to a BEI Informational Meeting at a central location in or near your country. These meetings usually take place in 2 steps: the first is a Headline Presentation which will explain the basic business concept and practices (one-half day); if it is still appropriate, the second meeting will cover the details of our training programmes, customer base, customer prospecting procedures, hiring and training practices, follow-up systems and income potentials. This will then be followed by a personal meeting with one of the BEI Executives to answer any specific and personal questions you may have.
If you would like to continue to explore the BEITRAINING® Franchise opportunity, please complete the Confidential Personal Resources Evaluation Form and send it to us.
This does not obligate you to purchase a franchise, nor does it obligate BEI to accept you as a franchisee candidate. It is intended only to help us to get to know you, your ambitions and your territorial interests better.
Please be assured that we do not retain these documents for unsuccessful candidates and we never sell or share any candidate, employee, franchisee or customer information without first obtaining written permission from the person involved.
If you are still interested, you will need to review the Franchise Reservation Agreement and the Full Franchise Agreement with your legal advisors; conduct any other due diligence you and your advisors think appropriate; and, prepare a preliminary Business Plan. If we are satisfied with the results of your interview and are prepared to offer you a position as a candidate franchisee, you will then finalise your territory and begin to research your market.
Now you should be ready to execute the Franchise Reservation Agreement; remit the preliminary payment; and, register for the 10-day New Franchisee Training Programme at BEIGROUP® Headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany.
The 10-day New Franchisee Training Programme is for all new BEI National Training Director Candidates and BEI Regional Training Centre Franchise Candidates and is the first step in the process of becoming a franchisee in the BEI system.
This programme is scheduled several times per year and conducted over several months. The entire New Franchisee Training Programme will take place at the BEI Headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany.
Upon the successful completion of the New Franchisee Training, you have the opportunity to confirm the franchise acquisition by signing the Full Franchise Agreement and remitting the balance of the franchise fee.
At this point you also establish either a National Training Director (NTD) Master Franchise Marketing Office or a Regional Training Centre (RTC) Office.
The BEI Management Meetings for all BEI National (NTD) and Regional Training Centre (RTC) Franchisees are held 3 times per year. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory and important. During these sessions all new Franchisees are welcomed and acknowledged; new corporate customers identified; specific target marketing strategies planned; new programmes announced; and, other management issues discussed.
These are the skills you will learn in the New Franchisee Training Programme. These are also the skills that are required to be successful in the business of BEI.
After the New Franchisee Training Programme, you must execute these activities in order to build and operate your business.
The ‘Business-to-Business’ nature of the BEI business model requires that we sell and manage using the systems and techniques that we teach to our business-owner customers. We must ‘Walk and Talk’ our programmes daily. This is our best form of advertising, promotion and positioning.
After finalising your training programmes, you will start building your own business as NTD or RTC. This means searching for and selling RTCs, if you are a new Master Franchisee (NTD) or it means acquiring new clients and selling training seats if you are a new RTC Franchisee.
