Mr. Fürsattel started his career in sales. In his early 20's he built and led a sales team of more than 600 people in the German financial services industry.
Following this he was the CEO for a European regional airline company for three years.

Since 1996 Mr. Fürsattel has been the National Training Director of BEI for the German-speaking market.

In 2001 he became director and partner of BEITRAINING® International with responsibilities for the day-to-day management.

Rodman Gil Ostrander

Rodman Gil Ostrander

Founder and Chairman

Mr. Ostrander has more than 30 years of experience in real estate sales, franchise development, sales management and training in the North American and European markets.

From 1996 to 2001 he was involved in the European expansion of the RE/MAX® franchise real estate system establishing more than 750 offices in Europe. RE/MAX® is the global real estate leader.

Con-currently he founded the company BEIGROUP®.

Chief Financial Officer - CFO

Mr Sauer started his career as an assistant to the management in a building construction company.

From 1993 to 1996 he was the CEO of a chemical company and was responsible for the strategic transition, reorientation and turnaround of the enterprise. He then co-founded two businesses in the area of environmental technology.

Since 1998 Mr Sauer has worked in the area of strategic business development as an independent consultant as a senior project manager.
During this time he developed unique control and management systems.

Mr Sauer was involved in the development of the book "Future Value" for strategic enterprise development which was published in 2004 by Gabler publishing.

Panchanathan Annamallai

Panchanathan Annamallai

Service Assistant

Panchanathan Annamallai was born in 1964 in Point Pedro, Sri Lanka. Since his arrival in Germany in 1985 he has worked as a waiter for several well-known hotels and restaurants in the region of Nuremberg.
In June 2003 he started working for BEITRAINING® International.
His responsibilities include the physical set-up of the training rooms and the catering services during training sessions and other events taking place in the BEI Headquarters.

Panchanathan Annamallai is married and has three children.

Anja Bock

Anja Bock

Assistant for Marketing & Communication

After finishing school, Anja spent one voluntary year of social service in the area of youth work.

Over a 5-year period she participated in training programmes in a church-related non-profit organisation located in the north of Germany where she has worked for the past 2 years in the area of digital/print-media and Internet administration.

Joining BEITRAINING® International in September 2008, Anja is doing her apprenticeship as an Assistant for Marketing and Communication.

Melanie Bürgel

Customer Service Associate

Melanie Bürgel was born in 1976 in Nürnberg. After finishing secondary school she started an apprenticeship in a hotel. For improving her language skills, she spent 13 months in Chicago, USA as an Au-Pair. Afterwards she worked in several hotels in Nuremberg, e.g at the famous “Schindlerhof”. For the last 3,5 years she worked in an advertising agency running the Office Management.

Mrs Bürgel works as a Customer Service Associate for BEITRAINING® International and is responsible for the organisation and support of the Corporate Training Centre.

Multimedia Manager

Timo Christian Fiedler was born in 1975 in Mainz, Germany. After graduating from a grammar school emphasising the study of economics, he started practical training as a CAD-Assistant at the Daimler-Chrysler Development and Research Centre in Sindelfingen, Germany. In 1999 Mr. Fiedler completed his training as Media Designer at an advertising company and took over the responsibility for pre-press, print and post-press procedures such as software and printer implementation.

Mr. Fiedler joined BEITRAINING® International as Multimedia Manager in 2001.

Karin Frick

Senior Operations Associate

Following her graduation as a Foreign Language Correspondent, Karin Frick worked for more than 5 years for the U.S. Army Civilian Personnel Office, stationed in Fürth, Bavaria.
After this initial experience, she was employed as a secretary, advancing to an executive assistant in sales- and service-oriented companies.

Since December 2007 Ms. Frick has been Senior Operations Associate for BEITRAINING®International.

Dr. Isabel Fürsattel

Dr. Isabel Fürsattel

Communication Manager

Dr. Isabel Fürsattel studied Communications, Psychology and Business Administration in Munich. After graduation she worked for two years as junior PR-consultant in a PR-Agency while writing the thesis for her Ph.D. Then she worked for three years as Management Consultant for Booz. Allen & Hamilton in Munich, leaving as Project Manager. In 1999, she moved to Nuremberg and founded her own consulting company Fürsattel Consulting GmbH.

Since January 2002 Ms. Fürsattel is the Communication Manager for BEITRAINING® International.

Olivier H. Martin-Weinharra

Olivier H. Martin-Weinharra

IT manager

Olivier Martin-Weinharra was born in 1976 in Germany.
After attaining a French scientific high school diploma he studied two years of Medicine in Clermont-Ferrand and four years of Law in Orléans, France.

During his studies, he worked as anchorman, audio designer and producer for several French radio stations and also developed new radio formats.

Due to his fluency in German, French and a good knowledge of English his experience includes acting, dubbing and working in the international customer service industry in France, Germany and Spain. Since 1997 he´s developing and managing Internet sites.

Mr. Martin-Weinharra joined BEITRAINING® International as Multimedia Associate in January 2001.
Since 2005, he is the IT Manager of BEITRAINING® International.

Birgit Mauroner joined BEITRAINING® International in January 2003 as Manager Marketing and PR.

She attended the German-French programme of European Business Administration in Reutlingen and Reims. After graduation she worked for A.C.Nielsen in Frankfurt in the Customer Sales and Service department as an Account Manager. Then she worked as a freelance trainer for marketing research mainly for the A.C.Nielsen Academy.

Gertraud Müller is Assistant to the Board of BEITRAINING® International

During her career she worked with her husband in a building company. After moving to Nuremberg, Germany, she joined BEIGERMANY® in October 1996 as Assistant to the Board.

For 5 years she managed the BEIGERMANY® office administrations where she developed the training administration processes.

Donna Jean Ostrander

Donna Jean Ostrander

Communication Assistant

Born and educated in Ottawa, Canada, Donna graduated and worked as a schoolteacher. She operated a school of dance for more than 30 years. As a dance adjudicator and examiner, she has travelled throughout Canada, the United States, Scotland and South Africa.

Working for a number of years in real estate office administration, Mrs. Ostrander went on to assist her husband, Gil Ostrander, with the creation, writing and final forms of more than 30 training programmes of BEITRAINING®.

Donna has been part of the Communication Department of BEITRAINING® since its inception, where she continues to edit and proofread English materials.

Peter Rübsamen

National Director of Franchise Development

After completing his apprenticeship as a toolmaker, Peter studied mechanical engineering. In 1990 he gained firsthand experience in the area of capital goods as a sales engineer, rising to the level of sales manager. Peter has also attended additional training programmes related to sales and behaviour modification training. For more than 5 years he was responsible for the successful acquisition of new franchisees for a large franchise company working in the promotional products sector.

Peter joined BEITRAINING® International in May 2008 as National Director of Franchise Development.
